Hobbies: I have made all hobbies occupation: ice carving, yoga, ceramic arts, jewelry arts, portrait sculpture, large mural drawing, etc… look for my next art show!!!

Who do you most admire and why? I most admire the dedicated person, parent, yogini, student, employee, friend, partner – when one is dedicated all things fall into place for everyone involved. It is a beautiful thing.

What is your favorite yoga pose and why? An advanced posture like Urdhva Kukkutasana (duck pose) can lead us toward dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.
