Who do you most admire and why? Neil DeGrasse Tyson, because he is the rock star of astrophysicists.
What is your favorite yoga pose and why? Uttanasana. Whenever I am feeling worried, hurried or scattered, forward folds bring me back to my presence, my center, my Self.
When did you start practicing yoga? January 2009, and it was love at first downward-facing dog!
Who are your teachers and where did you train? My teachers are Caroline Gronowski and Amy Boswell-Graves, who both continue to teach me the correct balance between strength, flexibility and FUN. I trained at Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Mexico. I have attended many Baron Baptiste teacher trainings over the past few years including Level One, Level Two, The Art of Assisting, The Advanced Art of Assisting, and The Art of True North Alignment. I received my Baptiste Yoga Certification in April 2016.
