After a serious illness in 2007, yoga was my very first step back to health and happiness. Today, I am delighted to share the benefits of this amazing practice. A practice that can change your mind, body, spirit and LIFE.
My teaching style is best described as encouraging. My intention is to teach (and live) from a place where everyone leaves feeling better, happier, and inspired. I encourage my students to challenge themselves AND still honor what they feel in their bodies. In addition to my Yoga Teacher Training, I’ve immersed myself into studying and obtaining certifications in Life Coaching, Applied Positive Psychology, and Ayurveda. Adding in 20 years of Corporate Human Resources, I offer a unique mix of training and experience that has helped me understand the human condition and really help others see the possibility in themselves on and off their mat.
When I’m not teaching yoga, working with clients, or facilitating well-being workshops, you can find me on my own mat, with a book, a podcast, or hanging with my beautiful family who are my biggest teachers and the loves of my life.
