When did you starting practicing yoga? I started practicing Bikram in 2010 when I was living in New York City. My love for adventure and trying something new made me stumble across my passion in life which is yoga! I fell in love with the heat and powerful poses within the practice. When moving back to Ohio I found Power Vinyasa which means “to place with special Intention”, which means doing this exercise mindfully, Focus on the witness inside of us, and mindfully acting which is something I thrive to do every day.

Who are your teachers and where did you train? Practicing at Yoga Bliss and Training at Yoga Lounge: I had amazing teachers throughout my training. With that being said my trainer Michelle Barnette made me truly realize that we all have talents and were meant to share our talents with one another. And no one else in this universe will ever be like you or I.  And I am very thankful for her and the kind words of wisdom she genuinely gives me.

What is your teaching style? Powerful, Kindness, Laughter, Meaningful, Adventurous and moving to the Music!

What is your motto?  Become more sensitive to your environment and the people you surround yourself with.
