Shana completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification at Cleveland Yoga in 2012. In 2022, Shana finished an additional 300 hour teacher training to become a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

Although her favorite style of yoga to practice and teach is Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, Shana’s teachings are influenced by many different styles of yoga. In her classes, Shana creates a supportive environment and then gives students space for their own personal experiences. Expect a challenging and well-rounded practice, thoughtfully curated playlists, and lots and lots of breath in all the classes Shana leads.

In addition to yoga, Shana enjoys walking, hiking, and cycling. She loves cooking and juicing. Besides an extra yoga mat, you will always find a random baseball and a camping chair in her trunk as she is a seasoned baseball mom to her 3 boys, Brody, Ashton, and Finley.
