Nickname: I don’t really have one

Favorite food: Hummus with red peppers and I LOVE peanut butter!!

Favorite place: Sand Run Park. I absolutely love running there and taking my kids there to hike. Such beautiful surroundings!

Guilty Pleasure: Red wine and dark chocolate (and peanut butter!)

Hobbies: Watching my kids play sports, running, and yoga (of course!), riding bikes on the towpath with my kids

Who do you most admire and why? I most admire people that are compassionate and caring and always look for the good in everything and everyone.

What is your favorite yoga pose and why? Wild thing. I love the feeling I get of opening my heart and just breathing.

When did you start practicing yoga? I started practicing in 2011. One class and I was hooked!

Who are your teachers and where did you train? I trained here at Yoga Bliss with my amazing teachers Amy Boswell-Graves and Tracy Rhinehart. I’ve attended workshops with Baron Baptiste and Kathryn Budig. I always love to check out new studios when traveling!

Describe your teaching style: Fun, athletic, challenging with some great music to go with it!

What is your motto? Life is short. Do what makes you happy!
