Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before class—from studio temperatures and rentals to weather updates and studio etiquette.
-
Our Hot Studio is maintained at approximately 93°F or warmer using a state-of-the-art system that circulates, heats, and humidifies fresh air.
-
Our Non-Heated Studio is maintained at a comfortable 70°F, creating a more moderate environment for those who prefer a less intense practice.
-
Jade yoga mats are available to rent for $2 per class.
Towels are also available when you occasionally forget to bring your own.
-
When winter weather affects local travel, we generally use area school closings as an initial guide.
If schools close because of snow or hazardous road conditions, our 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. classes may be canceled. Any early-morning changes will be reflected on the online schedule, and an email update will be sent by approximately 5:30 a.m.
Conditions often improve as roads are cleared, so later classes will be evaluated throughout the day. Please check the online schedule before leaving home for the latest information.
When schools close because of high winds or extreme temperatures rather than road conditions, Yoga Bliss will generally remain open as long as the studio has power and it is safe to operate.

ARRIVE WITH TIME TO SETTLE IN
Arriving early gives you time to check in, prepare your space, and transition into your practice.
We understand that delays happen. When arriving late, please enter quietly and have your mat ready to unroll with minimal disruption.
SILENCE YOUR PHONE
Please turn off or silence your phone before entering the studio.
When you must keep your phone nearby because of an emergency or urgent responsibility, make sure it is fully silenced and will not disturb the class.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT CLASS
Review our class descriptions before booking to find the experience that best matches your goals and current level of practice.
Contact the front desk when you need help selecting a class. We are happy to guide you.
SHARE INJURIES OR HEALTH CONCERNS
Tell your teacher about any injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or health conditions that could affect your practice.
This allows the teacher to offer appropriate modifications. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider and work within your own comfort level.
KEEP IT FRESH + FRAGRANCE-FREE
Please arrive with clean clothing and yoga gear, wear deodorant, and avoid strong perfume, cologne, or heavily scented products.
After class, you are welcome to clean your mat with the studio’s mat cleaner.
KEEP CONVERSATIONS QUIET
Before class, enjoy conversation in a low voice and be mindful of those who are settling in.
Once class begins, please refrain from talking so everyone can remain focused and present.
DRESS FOR MOVEMENT
Wear comfortable, secure clothing that allows you to move, bend, and invert with confidence.
Choose pieces that remain in place throughout your practice, particularly during heated or high-movement classes.
-
Be welcoming to new students, considerate of your classmates, and respectful of the teachers, front desk team, and studio assistants who care for the space.
A little patience and kindness help preserve the community that makes Yoga Bliss special.
-
Come as you are, move in a way that supports you, and have fun.
Thank you for helping us maintain the warmth, respect, and magic of the Yoga Bliss community.
