E-RYT 500, YACEP I Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Spiritual Guide & Woman Circle Facilitator

Kim is a dedicated and intuitive yoga teacher with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. She is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP-certified instructor, as well as a Reiki Master. Additionally, she has completed an additional 45 hours of training in Yin Yoga. Kim offers a variety of teaching styles, including Vinyasa, Power, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Slow Burn, and Meditation. Each class she conducts features thoughtfully curated meditations and a vibrant energy that inspires transformation.

Beyond the physical practice of yoga, Kim is a passionate spiritual guide dedicated to orchestrating unique awakening workshops. These immersive experiences seamlessly weave together the art of movement, breath, meditation, and the profound wisdom of yoga philosophy. Intending to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery and healing, she creates a sacred space for spiritual expansion, inviting every individual to dive deep into their essence.

At the core of Kim's mission is centered around fostering authentic connections with oneself, with others, and with the sacred. She thoughtfully facilitates women's circles, private events, and Reiki sessions, creating safe and empowering environments for reflection, sisterhood, and personal growth. In these gatherings, participants are encouraged to explore their inner depths, share their truths, and celebrate their journeys together.

Rooted since 2010 in her personal practice and teaching since 2014, Kim's approach is both grounded and heart-led. She invites her students to journey beyond mere movement, guiding them to explore the meaning of mindfulness and the profound stillness that lies within. Embracing every B-O-D-Y, she honors the unique path of each individual who walks into her space.

With a heart anchored in ancient wisdom and a spirit devoted to healing, Kim provides a sanctuary for students to reconnect with their true selves through the transformative power of yoga. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and awaken the peace that resides within each of us.
