RYT-200, Reiki 1
Hello! I’m Macey. I began my yoga journey in 2017, drawn to the peace and grounding it brought into my life. Over time, yoga became more than a practice—it became a path to healing, especially during one of the hardest times in my life. What started after heartbreak has since flourished into a deep calling to share this practice with others.
I have a special love for Yoga Nidra and sound healing—you’ll always find my sound bowls in class. I believe in the power of stillness, rest, and vibration as medicine for the soul. The breath has carried me through life’s ups and downs, and it’s an anchor I return to again and again. I’ve been teaching at Yoga Bliss since 2024 & my favorite thing about YB & the word that comes most to mind is the culture. Always inviting & accepting, YB has welcomed me with open arms and continues to with each student that walks in, knowing all teachers are students too.
Born in Kentucky and raised in West Virginia, I now balance life as a yoga teacher, silversmith, and lover of all things handmade, wild, and soulful. Since 2021, I’ve run my small silversmithing business, and I’m passionate about supporting other small makers, too. When I’m not teaching or creating, you’ll find me gardening, seeing national parks, thrifting , or spending time with my wolf dog and two cats.
